Ohyah: I also saw something astonishing this night. The Ruler of the heavens came down to earth, and thrones were erected, and the Great Holy One sat down. A hundred hundreds served him, a thousand thousands stood before him. The books were opened, and the sentence was proclaimed, written in the book, recorded in the inscription — for all the living and for all flesh.
Daniel 7:9–10 is the famous cousin of this scene: thrones set, the Ancient of Days, ten thousand times ten thousand, books opened. The Book of Giants may be earlier, or of the same generation of Aramaic court-visions. What is unique is the dreamer. A giant is shown the docket on which he is listed.
