Chief of the clouds
Eighth chief of tens. 1 Enoch 8:3 assigns him the clouds. Enoch’s own tour (chs. 17–36, 41, 60, 76) sees the lawful storehouses of wind, hail, and dew; Chazaqiel is the leak of that architecture to the daughters and sons of men.
