Satariel
Chief of tens1 Enoch 6
Chief of concealment
Sixteenth chief of tens. The name oscillates, in scholarship, between concealment and a lunar epithet. This codex lets him own hiddenness as such — the necessary atmosphere of a faculty that has deserted its post. Sariel will own the moon’s course; Satariel owns the nights it is gone.
Also named Satarel, Setawel, Sathariel.
